We have created a new online ordering system, so you can do everything online without having to hand us cash or credit/debit cards. Online ordering will be available for specific locations, one at a time for now.

If you cannot make it out to see us, please consider purchasing a gift card or two. There will not be an expiration date on the gift cards, so once we are through this and you feel more comfortable visiting us, you will be able to use the gift card for your purchase.

November, already? Where did 2019 go? The holidays are right around the corner and sneaking up on us fast. And each year, they seem to creep up on us faster and faster!

Since we started the business this year, we have learned a lot and have tried to make things easier. In fact, making things easier has been a kind of a theme for us. In keeping with our theme, we decided we want to try to make things easier for you, too.

We created mini catering meals to get you through the 2019 holiday season. Choose from our smoked whole turkey, beef brisket, or pork shoulder. Each of the meals serves 8-10 people with some leftovers.

• Smoked Whole Brisket Meal: $179
• Smoked Pork Shoulder Meal: $129
• Smoked Whole Turkey Meal: $129

Meals include 2 half-pans of sides, and either gravy or sauce. For the sides, choose from mac & cheese, baked beans, stuffing (or dressing), roasted veggies, or garden salad.

If you would rather make your own sides and just get the meat from us, we can do that too!

Each of our holiday meals is slow-smoked over a wood fire (apple and cherry), served whole (with heating and carving instructions), and first-come, first-served. We limit the number of meals and meats we make for the holidays, so get your order in soon!
